The installation work done by their team and their engineers should be improved. The behavior of engineers and inspection work done by them has to be improved as well. We had some issues during the first installation and then we had to point them to their engineers to get it resolved one by one which required a lot of follow up calls from our side. We expected a better experience from a brand like BB.
